And now, precisely what you have been longing for, during your holidays in Drôme provençale...
What to see and to do ?
The charming guest house offers a superb swimming pool, 48 feet by 18, with completely equipped pool house, garden furniture, towels, fridge stocked with soft drinks, wine and beer; where you can spend an entire day, lazing confortably in the shade of a palm tree.
And after playing a game of “ pétanque “, why not take a walk to the orchard, through the apricot trees and apple trees and through the vineyards; unless you prefer a local pastis in the glow of the setting sun near the lavender fields.

Within a short distance of our charming guest house, you will discover lots of small villages, colourful markets, adorable little churchs and breathtaking sceneries, not only in Drôme Provençale but also in Ardèche, the nearby province.

Do you play golf and wish to find outstanding quality accommodation in the close neighbourhood? Then, the beautiful “ Golf de la Valdaine ” welcomes you 7 miles from our guesthouse.

Very near to us, we also suggest the beautiful village of Grignan with its cathedral, the small streets in Viviers, Saint Montan; the markets in Pont Saint Esprit or Saint Paul Trois Châteaux, a dinner by candlelight in La Garde Adhémar, Le Poët Laval or a walk to the rocks, 400 meters from our house ,with its breathtaking view 330 feet above the Rhone river.

But the Drôme means also Valence, its capital, Romans well known for its shoe industry and Le Vercors for those looking for shady woods, and mountains.

Should you wish to visit our goats and taste the delicious local “tommes” cheese; or to take a walk to the Alps with the help of our local donkeys, feel free to ask !

You need half an hour by car to reach Avignon , fifteen minutes more for Uzes or L’Isle sur la Sorgue ( the place to be if you look for antiques ). A little further and you reach Lourmarin, Gordes Lacoste, Bonnieux in the Luberon.

You want to book a restaurant in Aix en Provence, find a specialized bookshop in Marseille, visit the old Lyon, we will be happy to provide you with the best help we can !
